All Things Pass....

I have shared in here with those that I deem as friends. We all have our own lives and we deal with it. It's nothing more than that. One will sit and wait for life to happen and another will live it.

I have my own path as each of us has our own path within life.

What takes place in the life of any given person

is something that has differences compared to another.

Yet within all that in some manner we weave our way and climb to a higher level and never waiver from what our true intentions within life.

For life itself, is all the spectrums of authenticity and in being true. With truth comes honesty, and merit building the pleasures that we gain more than waiver from.

It's something that we all relate with as it's a part of life.

  2. Just got back from the dentist and while waiting for my mouth to return to normal I am googling around. I recall one of the Beatles songs I thought was titled the same as this blog but couldn't remember the words or the tune. It's called "All Things Must Pass" Here are a few of the lines.

    Sunrise doesn't last all morning
A cloudburst doesn't last all day
    Sunset doesn't last all evening

The darkness only stays the night-time
In the morning it will fade away
Daylight is good at arriving at the right time
Its not always going to be this grey

    All things must pass

  3. Good luck with the salt water perhaps, I am trying to figure out which song that was Denise. But things do pass and things do have a way of changing. Perhaps it's the ying and yang of it all...

  4. No salt water here Jack, just waiting for the numbness to wear off so I can eat and drink without biting my tongue or dribbling. :)
Somewhere in my subconcious I had seen this title on a record from yearsssss ago. Gosh that was a long time ago since I've had records. It's sung by George Harrison and is called "All Things Must Pass" and they do and they must.

  5. Don't dribble too much :).

George did some songs that were passed over as John and George during the time of the Beatles really were the two that along with George seemed be the main element. Ironically Frank Sinatra once sang and announced his favorite song of all times and it was "Something in the Way She Move", he mentioned that he loved the song and that it was by Paul McCartney. Little did he know that it was by George Harrision.

I am going to look it up. By the way I hope your grand daughter is doing great! Now there is an inspiration from which to write about...:)

  16. Jen & Nancy, last night when I got on here Denise was going about sending something with regards to "dialogue", I went an looked up the song and of course placed it on and then I went searching for something that was similiar but from my perception - Sade's lyrics and George's really did compare - then Denise did the "la voila". And the last one that was placed on while I was away. And there is nor much more to say than that lol.

I have loved many different musician's Sade is right up there but at the same time the Beatles, well....

  17. All this talk of singers and songs has reminded me of my intention to try to find some good Sarah McLaughlin tunes.

Just keeping hanging in there, Jack. One certain thing is that change will come.

  19. I know music isn't the theme for your blog, Jack, but there is nothing else that can quite say it like music does (don't you agree?)

  20. Indeed, life does take us down differing paths, and we walk the trail with the integrity within us. We travel the easy sections and meet the difficult ones with fortitude. Hugs, Friend!
