The Question of the Day: If you have already merged over to another blog what is your own experience thus far. If you are on another blog - since you have been there what your experience is. If you could name the blog then within a few short words indicate what your experience is thus far. In advance I thank you for the courtesy of your own thoughts.

  1. Am on another blog if I can call it as such, and the experienced is very much unliked Multiply. I love it here. The composition of the blog site is welcoming and has more to offer. The other site that am into is a bit more on a say, hi and hello and and keeping relatives and friends. Some sort of life's journal wherein here it evolves it carries all.

    :)

  2. Wordpress, huh?
I have friends migrating to Xanga, some to ipernity, some to blogster, some to Ring of Friendship, others to Blogger, Tagged, Tribenet... gee...

you've heard of the Jewish diaspora? This is every bit as bad.

  3. I have signed up at 20 different sites and even bought a premium account at a couple of them... but none come close to the level of features I've gotten to know and love here.

  4. All said I do wish to have the experience and the name. As "Someday" - "I will pass on by and make that choice."

  8. Dee - thanks! I was wondering if the export was as easy as they say.
I am going to rip to disk my blog first and then choose a blog to start with. I appreciate the mention as it's good to know.

  10. Good morning Tee. it seems that Blogster is a very active one. While I was away and on the internet. My hands where tied as far as
making a choice due to the internet being turned off yet - I watched nearly 70 percent of my friends move to Blogster in two days.
I have looked at the page. However is there quality in there. Or is it a glorified forum?

  11. Chuck you do get around don't you! Just kidding. There are thousands of blogs out there. The attempt here is to get input and to home in and as well as kindle and rekindle friends in a closer manner. Hence why I have posted this.

  20. Thanks Marty....there are many places and I do hope that some to place where they are going and then I can
make a decision really based on the consecus of those and there thoughts on these other sites.

  21. I have noticed something about a lot of these sites Jack...that there are a lot of foreign speaking folks on them....and if you cant read or speak their language, then how are you supposed to comment? I understand that some places have a translation on them, but I think I prefer an English speaking site. And some like myboomersplace where no one wants to leave a comment but rather a large graphic in the comments section. I was there for a bit, but deleted my profile because of that one particular reason. I didnt see very many blogs written but lots of photos downloaded. And I guess if you like pictures, and nothing more, then thats a good place to be. So far after checking some sites out, I like blogster the best and also Ipernity. Those are my two main places that I frequent quite a bit. And of course I am still here also until the bitter end...lol

  22. I think you know how I feel on cultures. Yet English still is the universal language of the world. So I factor that in
Marty. I know that all of these sites are prone to some specific area. I went through this same process back several years ago when I was on Y360. I appreciate this.

I am enjoying the time before Multiply's very end and I will have a default - it might be two but first I wished to see how everyone views these sites and you have placed it very well.
