Groups

It's a good thing to travel in groups. There are so many invites to so many different sites. I never thought I would come to a point where I would have to make a decision. One person posts one link another post a different one. For right now I am easy going and how does one really come to find that space where all their friends are that do have common interests? I recall, when the word came out that Multiply was closing up in the first week of December. Many rushed within two days to get to a new place. I suppose there were several whom lead and then those whom followed.

For now I am a Multiply Refugee, and I am on the "MR" bandwagon. But sooner or later I will have to make a choice as to where I shall be. I don't wish to fall of this ride as it's been one that I have enjoyed for nearly seven years. And it's all right to take that large step for "my kind" so I shall attempt to get on another bandwagon. Yet there are still a few weeks ahead before I do jump off this bus and as I have and am enjoying the ......ride.

The video does shed some light on how we do enjoy the travels within groups.

  2. .................and within patience and good judgment. It has to be enjoyable as well as authentic, and as well interesting. As although now I am what those of us whom have not yet made a choice. I believe that all things do have a manner although within a good plan. But I am on this bandwagon and have really made no decisions as to where I will go. And I am content with that.

The video I found to be a hoot as well as ironic as well as close as it gets within these last two months. Everyone wishes to be amongst good friends.

Hence the desire of a Group ( New Blog ). Yet I am a Multiply Refugee and I have yet to fill out the papers. :)

  3. LOL! Great video, Jack! :D

So many of us are spread here and there, discovering what we like and dislike about different sites. It almost feels like an experiment of sorts--and it feels like a real human interest story as well.

    Have a great week ~ Blessings! :)

  4. Almost all has that tendency to turned their back at the slightest news of what we call 'bad news' without even trying to stay for awhile and wait, and see if it's true

    ... loyalty speaks more

  5. As a Multiply refugee I searched for a shelter within the many places of Internet, so far, none is like Multiply but we have to move to somewhere, time is running!
Make a decision is a hard task, my dear, you're absolutely right!
I love this image of us fleeing with our luggage! a little of good humor is a need at this moment of goodbyes. Have a nice day, dear Jack.

  7. I squeezed in this as I thought it was fitting to where things are now and it's always to look at things from a humours side. I must
admit that the video was a hoot as it did have some satirical sides with the decisions of where to go. I will follow up on this with
a write either today or within the week Kath.

  8. I do as well yet I do believe in freedom of speach. As well as I had mentioned before:

Some people come into your life for a Season

Some people come into your life for a Reason

And some people come into your life - just to say Hello.

Loyalty does bring us all together.

  9. It's a hard task Elaine - I loved that picture that you had and I could not resist in placing on with this satire of Multiple. Before I was away for nine months and when I saw the news. Shortly thereafter the internet was turned off where I was.
Now I am back at home and I made it back in time so I truly am glad for that. Imagine if you left and never knew that the
    information which was released!

I am glad and this is where I pace myself as to where to go. Yet we all do have that "herd instinct" to some extent.

I literally had a kick with placing this on. Humor I thought I would place on as I do take it seriously yet I don't take it too seriously. I think you know what I mean and I hope you had a laugh as when I saw it for the first time I just was laughing.

Not at people on MP but in the manner there was such a rush to get onto another blog. It gives new meaning to the term of "Power by Association". Yet it was so fast within 2 days it seems that all jumped so fast. I like to take my time and I shall. Mind you it does get tough being a refugee. As I have yet to make a choice.

  10. This one I "borrowed" from Doug's Notes:

Multiply Break-Up Makes News in Manila! An article by journalist Chin Wong covers the end of blogging on this site. Somehow, your "humble correspondent" gets quoted for a line or two. I knew one day I could make trouble for myself in the Far East if I put my mind to it! http://manilastandardtoday.com/2012/08/21/go-forth-but-dont-multiply/
