Cinn it's been a month now and there is one thing pertaining to the neuro factor - yet I don't have that after math. From January to a month ago I trained and did more within each month. It's not something one can easily say.
Yet at the end of the day I can be pleased that I have done something which only those within the medical practice would really understand. Part of my motivation was the friends which had not left me on here as well as some of those within this large life chapter.
The page has turned. With new views but not a broken page.
You know and you knew.....some thought I was on here 24/7 but I was out five months of the year training within the winter outdoors with a dream and aspiration that I would come out of this ok.
Thank you Elaine, It's hot but hopefully it shall cool down here as today was the most humid day. It shall be a simple weekend but boy I do look forward to next month!
