Dr. Sanjay Gupta Canadian Healthcare & Obamacare.flv
I thought I would place this interview with Sanjay to go along with my write on Tommy Douglas. It's not a politic - it serves as some good thoughts from a neuro seurgon to this program which is done in Toronto.
Refreshing to see interesting persons voiced out their fine thoughts with regards to important issues especially health care programs and implementations.
Yes but there are economic areas here as well now to consider anywhere as we have more people in need. I would tend to think it's a baby boom crisis as there are more older people whom do need care in any given country.
I so agree with DR. Gupta....he knows his medicine and he knows we the people of this country need health care for all. I hope when our president gets reelected, more will be done with this Obamacare and it gets more like universal or single payer so everyone can be taken care of without dying trying to get the care they need.
I think Gupta is a tremendous neuro specialist. If my memory serves me well - President Obama asked him to be the Surgeon General. He couldnt as he had family. But he is wise and I don't know how he keeps up with all of it. But to specialize in what he does and still have a generalized nature. That is finess Marty.
Regardless of where we are from - we all do want the best within health and the care which goes with it. it's a humane program which is not to be treated like other matters I feel. It involves Human Beings.
Note: I am not a fan of whichamacall it from Michigan - he did a film on the downside of America but Ironically Mass., has a great system which many don't know is much of the likes of this system due to the Kennedy Family.
Very interesting Jack.
ReplyDeleteWe are so blessed as Canadians. We have excellent health care and I am very glad to be Canadian with regard to health care.
I wish I could have deployed it within my write Erika...but the intention is not political. That I assure you.
ReplyDeleteGood interview. The meedical field today is amazing. People are living longer.
