All in all it was a fine Friday. I gave myself a kick in the behind and met up with a friend and the day went well. Now I don't know how one can do a mind shift as such but it all went well - I met up with a friend of mine whom I had mentioned. I had a few things which I had to get done and then I contacted my service provider for my cell and go figure Koodo is owned and operated from El Salvador. There after I got myself a bike. Now I have never biked it in a long time. The weather warmed up by noon. From miserable weather of yesterday to such a change within one day. I was intending to head into Saskatoon just to do some shopping but with the morning it was rather cool. So go figure, there is a seamstress in town and I took some clothes to be done and apparently she is the only one here and when I dropped a two pairs of pants off as well as one pair of jeans she smiled and said they would be ready in one week. Now that is fast... not.
Regardless I had a much better day that I had been having over the last week. Expression does seem to give way to better days and for those whom had mentioned something - I do thank you as I do wish I had a mike from which to speak on this as I had before.
So I do appreciate the thoughts and I kid you not when there are others whom have that time to make mention of something it does go along distance.
As simple as it is thank you.
The first sentence says it all. Excellent!
ReplyDeletea blissful blessed good Friday, you sounds well now than the other day, tight hugs
ReplyDeleteWish I had voice but I don't but it it was Summer and it does give way to a presence on here via words. Nothing is different
ReplyDeletenor do I go way up and way down - I enjoyed the day within a simple manner.
It does, by the time I arrive on here it's always been primarily a conclusive yet there is something to be said
ReplyDeletewithin all it all - I would so love to do more on here but it's just a laptop.
I've got a Canadian Tire special. They cost 100 bucks but they are worth it if the gears work. lol.
ReplyDeleteMy bike works better then Al's. His bike has fallen apart and needed more tire filling then mine has.
Great! Except for the overwhelmed seamstress, you had an excellent day.
ReplyDeletelmao only a full week huh?
ReplyDeleteJack, I have been trying to get over here to read your blogs, but keep either falling asleep, or getting distracted by other things. I recently signed on with MSN for my internet service and just installed it. I've been mesmerized by how much better it is than Net Zero! Remember the problems I was having typing responses to blogs? It's all, magically cleared up! I have had none of the balkiness I was having when it seemed like I was typing on an old manual typewriter. I don't make nearly as many mistakes, because I'm not fighting with the keyboard. It's wonderful. Now I suppose I should apologize to Multiply for blaming them for the trouble. Not!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you are having a productive week. I hope that continues for you. Maybe springtime will bring a more productive and enjoyable time to your life. I hope so. Sometimes we just deserve a break, don't you think?
I hope you are having a wonderful weekend and the coming week will be just as good for you as this past week was.
I have yet to get the bike but the weather here has been incredible. Yet I shall have it this week
ReplyDeletebut all considered the day was nearly 70 today. It's been years since I biked but I do look forward
to it Ericka.
Big yeah there but so be it as I predict we are well into spring now.
ReplyDeleteAnd as well I hope that things are going well for you Grammy.
She must have one of the old singer machines like from the 1800's. :)
Gives new meaning to John Cougar's old song, "I was born in a small town" - Pamela.
ReplyDeleteThanks Becky, yeah breaks are good.
