If the customer is always right, then why isn’t everything free?

    In that case the customer is now a shoplifter Jack. But, yeah, if they gripe enough they can usually get a discount.

  3. Good one! What irks me (from a situation I was in), is when the customer makes a complaint that isn't the store's fault at all (bad photography not bad printing), blames the store and wants their money back, is rude, and gets their way.

    I know people that are pushy and get their way but for the most part people look for the deals in the flyer and are polite and treat the workers well.

  6. I kid you not the other day I was getting groceries and I missed just the milk....the cashier felt put out and thanks for that
    intercom they have as when your standing there and..........."Bob would you come here, I have a person which needs milk".
    Well big ouchie...seven people were in line. :)

  7. GOSH! Have done that the other day. I forgot i was in a line, was curious for something and left and try to find the special offered being offer by a tea company, laughs* here please - not minding three three or two people behind me. Heck , it was an extra ordinary day for me ... and that was the weekend. I just smiles to those around me, and the good thing was ~ they smiled back! that a wonderful moment for me.
