  4. Great another place I have found I don't exist. I typed my name in google and didn't come up. There are others with my name, but none of them were me.

  6. Sharon I would set up vaults if you will and I forgot most of them until the other day when I had to call my server and one includes the geneology that was sent from a very distant relative which lives in Australia as we were working in concert with a family tree.

  14. When I first got my computer, I did a search on my maiden name and since it originated in the Ukraine, there was nothing...so I went to Ellis Island records and nothing for the year we arrived there...its all on microfilm and I would have to order it and pay money to see any and all records of the ship and names on the manifest. I even went to a Ukrainian site and tried to find out anything at all on my relatives that are still living there and nothing. I had a pen pal from around Kieve and she said she would try and go to the small town where my mom was from but she never did ....so again nothing.

  15. It was fun but not easy doing this as there are not many which have an "i" within the name. There are some with the surname "stanger". So I place the blame on my grandfather as for some reason he threw in an "i" into the name. There used to be sites which were all free. I can't say it was easy but during that span of time something that slowly things just came together. Ancestors.com was a great site as well I did my mothers side as well by way of Ellis Island and there I found many from here side but I never entirely completed that one. It's not that easy but when you suddenly do find something it truly is tremendous.

Bidding you a good night Marty...
