It Happens to us All...

Low and behold the cold or a flu did catch up with me. So I am just merely reading rather than writing...

I found that over the last few days and with the constant change of weather to go from indoors to outdoors it was something that brought this about - so I just hydrate it out and there after come the morning seemingly it's all fine. Are we not all looking forward to spring.

    Water is a good hydrator of bronchial tubes.
    My mom would say some old fashioned Vick's Vapor Rub on chest.
