All Within A Winter's Groove

It's been a while but from the gym to the this one church that I really came to realizing in how interesting pictures are and that they were not just pictures but there was a story behind them.

I headed to this one cathedral in which and took a few pictures just to see if this one camera was working as it had been. As there were some malfunctions that where happening and seemingly it worked and went all right.

I just saw some of the city workers, which seemingly surround this place, are right at it - I pulled over with this one and I have never heard of reinforcing drains with some sort of a fabric of some sort but they were.

It was damp yet much warmer day - very atypical, as this past week has been. And then there is the oldest bridge here that is under a complete overhaul in which is one of five here - and the city finally decided on building a brand new one while merging one small portion of the old with the new.

That's something that will be well worth the seeing. As we have the largest surplus of moneys in all of Canada right now but how the city handles it is what will be very interesting.

So this is just the first of some that I have taken and within the midst of winter it's no as photogenic as during the spring of summer.

  1. The first of the series I would entitle life of a gym rat. Been there, done that, know them all personally.

  2. The church is beautiful. I especially like the pipes. Once again it is the lines and symetry of the pipes that attracts me.

  3. I know I had these and I thought I would just see it this all worked and it did. That is the gym I am at right now and I do wish to graduate
to this other in which I was at before Sharon.

  4. This one camera went on the blink so I thought I would go back to the "pipes" and see if it helped and it's time for another new
camera - but perhaps right now it's a time of words.

  21. Ironically churches and places of worship do have an appeal as the architecture behind them.
When I was in Quebec - it truly was something to say the least when you would walk into
a church that had a history of 400 years. While there and while downtown nearly ever couple
of blocks you have all so many. But then the history of Quebec was based on Catholicism.

  22. This is a blast with no doubts as we do get are share of wind.
So if one is travelling on the outskirts you will see around seven
different people doing this kite skiing.

I myself don't do it, but this was taken while I was on my way back
into town and I thought what the heck.

  23. The city here spends on some things that are not really necessay.
In this case this is a company that is placing in a reinforcement of sorts.
It's rather hard to explain but there are some areas in which the city
is truly wasting allot of money where it could be well spent in other areas.

  24. Yeah it's half a mile away and this bridge which was named
after Queen Victoria - is the oldes within the city. The bridge had
to be shut down and now they have finally made a decision to keep it.
With the petition of many from here the city was forced into a situation
where they shall keep this bridge which has been closed for 4 months now
shall reopen this summer and it will be interesting in how they make a new
bridge and yet keep this one and worth the old with the new.
