Saturday Morning Thoughts

Last night was a hoot and it was good to head out and I can't say how much I love to read the paper now. Again it's not been all that bad here as far as the weather. It seems that the midwest and western states and provinces are fine as far as snow goes and the temperature is normal for this time of he year.

Yeah a coffee mind you we don't have have a fairly typical weather for today and for the weekend. Mind you if there is one thing - it's the sun. Usually here we get a day or two of cloudy days. It can get as cold as it wants but as long as it's sunny - for me that is all that really counts. So there is really just 20 days till the eve of Christmas. I find that within the last month there have been adjustments, good and bad news, and I have never received so much spam in online as well at what shows up at the doorstep each day. Yet there are somethings our there were you look and you just think about what you want and what you need. So the weekends are a time of enjoyment. Today I am not sure what I will do yet as I am just having a relaxing morning and then I shall get on with it. "With it"...I am not sure where that will lead me today as there are so many things that I want to do today. So we shall see how things go. This time last year I would go out and capture some pictures and then come back in and I perhaps lived behind this a little too much.

I find that most just around 8 are waking up around here and I must call this friend Jim and get together with him. As he is married he will be all too busy with his family. So I think it's high time to start heading to the gym and just take it easy. Yes this is that time where people are married and I am single. I will say that there are times that I wish I was married, but seasonal marriage? Does one look for someone just for the sake of the season? Nah, all good things come in time. However who knows.  What I do know is that it would be nice to bring it all together now within my lifestyle. As far as a gift, I still have one thing I do think I want, and aside of that. The largest gift was the ability to regained my health. So maybe that's my own gift that someone gave me and afforded me a future. So that all said the other day I placed on some of the pictures of places I have been with these last few years and rather than thinking before doing something, I just do it. In life that is. So it's a Saturday morn, and as I came on here upon returning from being out with my cousin and her friends. One can't complain when you enjoying the lights of the season as well as good company.

I really don't need to say this, however wish to on here there is a very fine lady, whom recently had a test. And I have yet to know the news but my hopes is that he outcome is good.

So the high for today is -11 Celsius, with some small flurries in the afternoon. Seems yet I like it when it shines. They just stated that within northern areas we are to expect the most mildest winters. I can't say I mind that. Yet I am not much for the slush. Yet I love even within the winters diet pepsi slushes, I kid you not. This week I have went from reading these WikiLeaks, The Beatles on Itunes and I have one question aside of the above. Please don't laugh as I have never done it in all these years. And I did take my desktop computer in yesterday. Do you know if you can back all your pages on Multiply?

Thanks and one more coffee and it's time to get on with it.

  6. I do that with my desktop DJ, but I am going to get my desktop soon and there is a way in which a blog can be backed up I just ponder how.
it was once mentioned to me how but I will figure how to do it. There was one friend that had backed up and burned there blogs to CD. So we shall
figure it out as there is a way.

  8. Good health does give you a future, eh? Like the way you put that. And how about emailing me some snow ;). I love snow, but here in the southeast, it snows once in a blue moon, and maybe only an inch or two at that.

I agree with you... marriage is not about seasons. It is about love, eh?

    Have a great weekend, Jack!

  10. The holidays do seem like a time of togetherness don't they? But your right just to have a seasonal spouse would not be the best scenario. Relationships are a lot of work and compromise but when you find the right one, it's worth it. But remember sometimes people who are "just friends" make life a whole lot better.

  12. Patty the realization of health does. Marriage is about a union, best friends, passion, joy, so many things. Love is so many things. Ok I will but would you like it by way of UPS or it might just play havoc with within the routers :)

A good one to you as it's that indoors time as up here I just arrived home and it's brrrrr.

  13. Yeah, I went to a few places and there after bought this unique one pod stand for cameras and after getting some groceries then
I figured I would head on home as it's a bla day. Sharon just grey and it feels like a Sunday, you know a rather quiet day.
But it's nice to get back in and just enjoy this. This wireless is working a little slow for some reason.

  14. Nancy I am not looking right now for relationships. Literally friends and relinquishing with those are really what is within my agenda right now.
Isn't there some saying of when you least expect it? I just enjoy things as last night and as well as the things I did today. I never feel alone.
For some the holidays do hit them hard as it's a time in which many do wish to have another. But friends are where it's at for me.
I called my friend today and he was busy with his wife and family. Do I feel that I should be the same - no. As more than half of us since grade
12 have all had a divorce. One of my friends is going through it right now.
I enjoy things just as they are. Sometimes I do think that we do place too much into the holidays.

I am not chasing after anything, I am enjoying my time - it's really as simple as that.

  15. Friends are and there are some that will return back as a friend and then others are too busy.
Sous I don't have high expectations, but where we meet our friends most usually is by way
of the things that we participate in as well as within work and all.
So today, there were a few people out around town but not that many and everyone usually
sleeps in or just does there own thing. As do I. Simple things right now mind you I do have a
determination with a few things I have at hand. But if I look at it from another scope or perspective
I find there is always something gained. The simple things of talking to someone within the grocery
store, the hellos and small talk. It all makes way for a great way.

  21. Jack I have no idea about backing up pages on Mulitply, I wouldn't even know how to do it. Perhaps you can contact Multiply and ask them? They are pretty good at getting back to people when they report someone or are having technical issues, that has always been my case anyways.

As far as the holidays go and feeling a bit lonely or sort of left out by oneself, I can't really say that I have felt that way in big measure.....sure there are times when I do wish that I was in a relationship already and had the future to look forward to with someone special, plans and goals to be made by two. Nothing can beat that. I do have my children though and am a grandmother of four grandkids now, so essentially I am never alone. It's been over 10 years for me now since my divorce and in the early years I had dated quite a bit, now for the past gong on two years, I haven't dated at all. I too wait for when you are not expecting it to happen, lol. I just don't put myself out there anymore, I am pretty content with being alone for the most part.

I hope that youre friend has had a good test as well. We all need good news! Enjoy your weekend and keep warm!
