Refining the World within the White
Refining the world within the white
Still and silent, light, ardent, and vibrant
The sparkles and shines illuminated the ground
From which they placed themselves one by one
The textures of white within the skies
Dancing downwards eagerly lightly dusting the ground
All within order one by one, but yet within a cadence
Perhaps a harmony or an accumulation within a white array
Yet ever so soft and silent and gentle came there presence
Refining the world within the white
Still and silent, light, ardent, and vibrant
The sparkles and shines illuminated the ground
From which they placed themselves one bye one
Perhaps this was a dance or a subtle song in concert
As the trees seemed to extend an allowance
The grounds left no despair and pleasantly accepted
For this was an array of whiteness in grace
Yet ever so soft and silent and gentle came there attendance
Refining the world within the white
Still and silent, light, ardent, and vibrant
The sparkles and shines illuminated the ground
As they placed themselves within an orchestration
~ All one by one, yes indeed they were refining ever so softly within an orchestration the world within the white. ~

Jack, that is absolutely beautiful! and that picture fits perfectly. thank you for sharing this. :)
ReplyDeletebeatuiful, thanks Jack and thanks for your visit and comment too.take care.((hugs))
ReplyDeleteI thought I would log off and just come back and flow with something as I was thinking of snow and white.
ReplyDeleteThen I just go with the flow much like with a piano Suzy. I took into consideration peace on earth as well and
the the commencing of winter as well as the beginning of December. Everyone can write, nothing has to be perfect.
So now and then I will just go offline and just write. So I just thought of Refining and White...nothing more nor less.
you have great talent Jack, and I am betting that this photograph is one that you have taken? as always, you really have an eye and the talent to capture the beauty!
ReplyDeleteHugs back!
ReplyDeleteok, I don't want to be sounding all gushy, but.....yeah, some of the photographs that you have taken I can see being enlarged and sold and hung in many homes. I myself wouldn't mind hanging some of them in my house.

ReplyDeleteWithin the eve I stepped out last night and then when I arrived back
I just wished to write I thought of a few things and the good things
that are as DJ put it within a glow. I thought much about the title
as the Title for me was in this case was something that I wished
to pay more attention too and then write.
* Patty, I don't know as I am on my laptop and last night I was using my desktop. You might need to refresh the page.
Very beautiful, and creative, Jack!. Thank you for sharing, and for bringing smiles to many faces!! :)
ReplyDeletewonderful poem to the work of jack frost you have written Jack, I like the way you painted the picture of a shimmering white transformation of the world to winter
ReplyDeleteWell I came back, and I can hear you know. You have a nice friendly voice. No idea what I did different, but I did come back:)
ReplyDeletePretty! :)
ReplyDeleteThe photo is beautiful, but the poem is very emotional and lovely.
ReplyDeleteLast night I just wrote it, at the tail end of the eve. Thanks Darby.
ReplyDeleteOk shhhhh :) I took a nap and then awoke at 6pm here :)
ReplyDeleteJust went with the flow there Kimmy.
ReplyDeleteWell it's not my pictures but the words are Caroline.
ReplyDeleteA glow now there is a word that one could work with DJ. :)
ReplyDeleteWe all creatively write each person within here can. Everyone has there own manner and way. :)
ReplyDeleteKen, I never did meet this "Jack Frost" but I kinda know what he feels like sometimes during this time of the year :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Maggie...
ReplyDeleteah yes I forgot you might know him as jack winter out your way but he is the one they speak off in tale's like frosty the snowman and Santa claus the movie number 3 with Tim Allen
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful poem ... but, allow me to say that althou' there's a sparkle and shines that illuminated the ground. I could feel the sadness in between. Ihave wrote some personal poems too, thou' am not good in writing but am good in reading between the lines. Of course that was my perception only ... the rests still belongs to the writer and his feelings whenever he/she creates one. Because the poems carries the heart of the poet ... or it is just me thinking that.
ReplyDeleteGreat poem indeed. tight hugs.
Love that phrase, Jack. Snow makes everything seems so gentle and peaceful, eh? Great poem and pic. Frosty the Snowman would be proud of you ;).
ReplyDeleteUntil or if it get to be - 50 then it's kinda different :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Patty.
