What do you eat within the morning during the weekdays?

  3. an excellent meal for breakfast made from cooked oatmeal poured on top of 3 sliced strawberries, 3 dried Apricots, 1 Banana a spoon full of Blueberries topped with some ground Cinnamon and about 1/4 cup of milk

  4. a cup of fiber one with raisins, 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds, 1 cup of fat free milk and some type of fruit. either a banana, apple or 1/2 cup of OJ

  6. Apple or Orange Juice and one boiled egg with half a piece of toast. Then two cups of half cream and half coffee with just a tad of honey.

  7. Usually yogurt and fresh fruit. But sometimes it's with granola cereal, depending on my mood that day.

  11. I make up fruit salad each night using seasonal fresh fruits and marinate it in some drizzled honey and the juice of an orange.

  12. I am detoxing from sugar so I am eating eggs alot or fruit pancake with no sugar, gluetin or wheat in the mix..orrr,, zucchini bread, (same as the mix) nothing in it., with almond butter...no sugar, again. My milk is unsweetened almond milk.
    pretty bland...
    Have I cheated..yes...it is rough, yes, especially with no coffee too. Not suppose to have caffeine , dairy, etc. Another words, nothing good.

  13. WoW! It seems these people eat very healthy. I drink coffee. During the weekends when the hubby is home we will cook breakfast together,,, blueberry pancakes with turkey bacon, or creamy, cheesy grits with scrambled eggs, turkey bacon or sausage. I always keep bananas, apples here as well.

Weekdays, it's my favorite Dunkin' Donuts coffee with Amaretto creamer, and either whole wheat toast w/butter/jelly or an English Muffin.(Occasionally, I'll make myself a poached egg, too) Weekends, we usually sleep in late, and then around 11am, I'll make waffles or pancakes topped w/fruit or syrup, and crispy thin-sliced bacon, or little link sausages. Yummy-yum! :)

  15. Light Nescafe w/ skim milk and a tad of honey as sweetener. A piece of toasted Gardenia wheat bread and an omellete w/ parsley and milk. And a sliced of papaya and a piece of banana. Or at times a quick cook Quaker oatmeal w/ lots of skim milk and an orange juice and a papaya and banana. It goes on and on w/ slight variations to the coffee and juices and eggs.

    Or 1/2 a bagel and yogurt and a fruit. Decaf tea.
