Hugs to friends.

I respect so many I just arrived home after sitting for two hours at one of the fire departments here....I am going about it slowly yet man I thought today was Friday.

I guess that says something. I could write on this but it's been a good day, I am not about to drive at night right now. I don't want this to go wrongly within the friends I have as there are some that are connected to ones that .........I am not.

I hope I can write tonight and I hope that a few do walk the talk they have offered. No pictures but I have not sat in bed all day or at home. This shall illustrate I think whom is what and what really is.

I thank you for all your mentions and once again it's a mild stroke. If it's not mild it's time to send me to the funny farm :)

    Good news Jack!
Glad to hear that you are better
In Portuguese we use an expression for it.
    "Come out on top." :-)

    As James Taylor says...

    You've got a friend

If they dont like me....(you know what I would say).

  15. and so you had a good visit and if you mixed up the day you still made it a good one----now is the time to assess your priorities------and you might find that what you have been missing has been right in front of you all along----don't try -- just let your being be...............

  20. I avoid driving at night I don't like it at all, I don't even care for driving that much especially where it's busy but I get to where I need to be . I like country driving fine though...that is relaxing . At night the headlights on cars hurt my eyes although sometimes it's pretty dark in the morning when I go to work if I have an early shift but it only takes me 5 minutes to drive to work lol so no problems really :)
Goodnight rest well and have a great Sunday

  29. Ironically yesterday I thought it was Friday and it was great but I didnt know that it was Saturday and wow that blew me away when I found that one out but so be it. It kind of told me where things where at for me at that time and maybe right now so I am just going to utilize cadence as that really took me off but it was good to meet up with these people. But now this is today and I look forward to making the best of it, but not over doing it. But it's hard to just stop when you do feel rather fine.

  31. Save me a seat at the funny farm please. *grin* A stroke is a stroke ... quit stressing about labels and please continue to take good care of YOU! ;)

  32. I'm sorry to hear that you had a stroke... but it's good that you're keeping a positive attitude. My favorite response to my own troubles is "it could be worse!"- to the point of being annoying to my family- but hey, it's true and helps keep things in perspective. big hugs for you Jack :)
