~ The best relationship is not the one that brings together perfect people, but the best is when each individual learns to live with the imperfections of others and can admire the other person's good qualities. ~
inperfection has to be tolerated and understood, humans are complex people, we all have them and must allow for this when we are friends as well as partners, learning to bend like the wind and sway like branches of a tree is the secret , inperfection can be irritating but It all depends on how you react to them.Rosie!
No in no manner, I changed my template and there were about six people that for some reason were affected. A Sunday morning with coffee at hand - hello!
That imperfections makes friendship rather endearing ... it's where you laugh at each other differences and makes that friendhip worthy of saving it. A blessed happy Sunday over there to you Jack :)
And the very same to you Maritess, I awoke very early but then I was off to bed early...however I think I might have to squeeze in a fast one hour nap. But a great Sunday to you there as well.
~oh so very true~ and I love Lynne's response too.. Good Day to you Jack. :-) May the morning light sing to it's own song, warming the hearts all around..
Darbie it is, I have this motto that I have had for the last ten years nearly called, "Acceptance is the key". It's within my blog but I do look forward to your blog there is something truly special about you. Hence the intention to invite you as a friend.
Kudos to you I am happily divorce with no children and that was years ago. So I can't say I have been married for that amount of time but your a rare commodity there Cath within these times. But then there are others. :)
Bill, Lynne is unique to say the least. Yet aren't we all...but with this she is and she is great within her writes as they are inspirational to say the least.
Sharon, I always love to reply on here and I was out and I still have some healing with the jaw to go so I came back - now you are one very smart cookie. For now I wish to leave it at that. :)
Nevertheless, I get the gist of your statement, it is all about unconditional love, which means you love yourself unconditionally and it moves on from there.
There is no choice than have to live with someone imperfect because even if the ones around me that I love dearly were perfect ..I wake up look in the mirror to brush my teeth and what I see looking back at me is sure not perfect ,,specially in the morning LOL
I don't know of anyone which is perfect, mankind has always tried to be perfect however the greatest admission is within working within our imperfections.
~smile~ .... learning to love the imperfect person perfectly .....

The word 'perfect' is over rated. I mean that you are you, nobody is like you, not even an identical twin, so you are perfect at being you.
