Regardless

Regardless I thought I would post this out...I thought I would send this out to everyone as I am on this laptop but if you wish to delete it by all means do yet I thought it was a worthwhile video not due to the lyrics but for what the song stands for.....when you listen to the lyrics there is one way one would take this song and then when you listen to the music there would or may be another. He wrote it years ago with the Commodores and who would have ever thought it would have lasted all this time. Mind you here again there are songs that are within a certain wave that do.

For yours to enjoy, Peace.

There is not one friend that I wish to have leave during this time and I certainly hope that you do stay with me although I am not on here as much as before - yet I shall. That is a promise. Thought it was worth the mention...

These Summits

OK, this will be the last time…probably…maybe…that I will mention the 1.2 billion dollar utter waste of taxpayers money that is the G8 and G20 summits.

Last Friday, the day before G20 leaders were due to arrive in Toronto, I read an article about how that city had become a shadow of its usual self with the very few people on the streets, outnumbered by police and security guards. The downtown McDonald’s is closed and boarded up, the CN Tower closed and all for what? So a bunch of world leaders can meet in comfort and safety while their undeserving entourages are wined, dined, and treated like royalty. What a colossal and obscene waste of our money. One final thought: if they are so terrified and paranoid about security, why in the world do they have to meet in person anyway? Don’t they know about satellite and video technology? The head of each G8 and G20 country plus their senior people could have stayed home and still gotten together through the use of video conferencing. They could be snug and safe in their cabinet boardrooms seeing and talking to all the other leaders through high-definition satellite video and audio hookups. I’ll bet the farm they would accomplish just as much as they do live and in-person.

Banter Monday

I just have gotten a call from my mother regarding my father's health. Never say never yet it's been very taxing on myself. I don't have a picture of my father it's somewhere on my blog and he is all there but unfortunately he was hit with the type of Cancer I had mentioned before. 3000 miles back there and well before I do anything I am going to sit and just see what comes out of tomorrow. You can't plan all things.

This is nothing new with regards to him yet one often figures all the good it good and so forth. After a call, I leaves me with an agenda yet there are a variety of feelings with that.

So there many things to consider. But over one day one usually comes to the right answer. I have been taxed with the back and forth and as well as many other have this may very well be the best answer in just heading to what you call back "home". Yet I have never thought of home being in one place. Yet maybe there is something to this ideal or concept of home.

Have you ever made a grave miscaculation within your.........mid years?

Father's Day Aftermath - Top Ten things Never said.

I saw the cutest list the other day and can’t resist sharing.
You may get a chuckle with this Top Ten Things you’ll never hear a Dad say:

#10. “Well, how ‘bout that? I’m lost. Looks like we’ll have to stop and ask for directions”.

#9. “Well, I don’t know what’s wrong with your car. Probably one of those thingamabobs….you know…that make it run or something. Just get it towed to a mechanic and pay whatever he asks”.

#8. “Father’s Day? Hey, no big deal. Don’t worry about it”.

#7. “No son of mine is going to live under this roof without an earring. Now, quit your bellyaching and let’s go to the mall”.

#6. “What do you mean you want to play football? Figure skating not good enough for you son”?

#5. “I notice that all your friends have a certain ‘up yours’ attitude. I like that”.

#4. “You know pumpkin, now that you’re 15, you’ll be ready for unchaperoned car dates. Won’t that be fun”?

And, the Top 2 Things you’ll never hear a Dad say:

#3. “Your mother and I are going away for the weekend….you might want to consider throwing a party”.

#2. “Here’s a credit card and the keys to my new car….”GO CRAZY”!!

A Quick Mention

I have to apologize with regards to my replying back to others. I have tried my best and there are many things that I do have at hand right now. Maryanne had pointed out it’s a two way street and literally I have not been writing within my evenings here. There are times that one needs to take a break or there are other things that are pulling you and all being said there is much at this point to consider. So I do hope that you do appreciate it.
So rather than write many things I thought for the time being that I would write something that indicated that in no manner am I one sided within my thoughts or otherwise. For example with a group I belong to I have temporarily stepped out of it. So in no many do I discount anyone – actually to the contrary, as there are some things that I never would have imagined that I am going through myself.

But one keeps their chin up and I do look forward to reading and writing. I thought this was important to indicate over the weekend. As I know how gossip can start and I wish to look at the better sides of things at this time. So I bid you a great weekend on this Saturday morning here. I truly do keep mine up and right now I have several decisions to make in which I shall after Father’s Day.

So I do have a good regards with all.

Going to Keep this with Friends of Friends

Have you been hit with a something where you go to your blog and then at the same time there seems to be another blog that has other input into your guest book? Seemingly this morning I had four different ones as well they were able to replicated my nickname on here. If so please do email me and as well indicate what is happening from your end as this seems to be some "open hole" within Multiply. As well any suggestions. I think right now I will wait for a while and thereafter call Multiply. I remember one friend named Mike indicating that one never wants to use the setting and send to everyone as they are leaving themselves open to what is known as replicators.

Do let me know when and if you have the time.

A Thought Maybe a Request...

All to often we do miss the most smallest and remote things that are offered within life. We angle our camera for that perfect picture, we look to write the best of the best in what we can write, and then some write on subjects that are of interest to them and they will look in depth before they post something. Then there are many which just wish to post without the thought of were it's coming from yet they do have a few friends online.

My challenge if I may is if you have the human character and are able post what ever is significant to you. A picture, a video, your thoughts of the current times, yeah why not:?

Maybe just maybe this is a continuum of thoughts

The last post I did was of the song of One Love.   I think at this time there are a few things that some could if they so wish...I will be back on here I promise you but with each and everyone. Not by way of a singular. No.

Peace, Jack

Some shall...yeah

Some won't yeah

All it is - is a one time thingy

Why not

This Song Still Stands the test of Time

Yet All Good things come with time..

Believe you me it does happen at the most remote times that you think. Things do arrive as I am surprised with my friend of many years actually since the age of 8. The do happen to call me from Florida. How we came to be friends and kept it throught all of our years is beyond me.

Have you ever missed what you know as home?

I never thought I would be on here once a week.

I never thought I would be on here within one time a week. I thought that I would just make a mention and say hello to all and well acceptance is the key right now for me I can't say I have been all that up yet I am trying to figure things out. In some manner I will write on this when possible but I know that the best I can do is only the best that I can do. It's as simple as that as I have been.

Peace All,

Jack

One of a Kind - Rashmi

I am not sure that she wishes to be known by all but she is a friend of mine that I came to know merely by way of searching within here. I think that coupled with Danettes's blog and she is certainly one of a kind in what she writes. She will not nor ever over write however she is poised and when she does write it does have a very valid meaning to it. I can relate so much within her writings as they are really a reflexion of what I have wrote in the past. Between all that are friends on here I wished to state that she is having birthday today and probably will not be opening this up till tomorrow but there are friend and then there are great friends and this truly is one of a kind. If you have the time send over a message as I am sure she will be elated when she opens up her blog...

Happy Birthday good friend and many more to come!

I would like to take this time to say thank you

Certainly it was my birthday and I don't place much weight within it. Right now from a distance I find that there is no return calls from my family. Oh those what ifs and what could be happening does render something. Yet this again is where I render that acceptance is the key. Not knowing can be the most frustrating thing with parents. They brought us into this sphere of life and I guess there can be that obligatory effect. One has to pave there own way yet at the sametime I find that on this very birthday of my own or the time that I was hatched it's been something that does create a ponder. Regardless of our ages (as I have just turned another number within life) this too is an adaptation. You render the best and hope for the best.

Most of all I certainly extend my thank you to each and everyone. We are not all alike. So with all concerned I do wish to extend my thoughts and thank you to everyone that has wished me a happy birthday....The way I see it it's just a number yet there is something more to our day of birth.
