That happens several times a week with me. :)
They do come, like emotions and with them we follow the flow until we land on safe shore.
In some manner I am not rendering backwards but forwards, but don't we all.
Yeah the flow....I am just within that nice area that I love to write within. It does flow.
Its the flow of that foundation that we need to hang onto .... I often find myself being swept away from it though and after loosing my breath for awhile, find myself having to swim back to it ~smile~
