Adaptations

I will be very honest with you I have looked into this Facebook, and I really find that it's rather amazing. Yet I have come to find that I am starting to get used to certain things. Yet I have yet to get beyond just placing on Utubes so do I wish to mix it up at this time of the year with a new era platform of Tweeter? Gosh I am not a multi tasker, not with applications and all on a computer. That I have come to know for sure.  Remember when you were a kid and had several things from which to choose? I was that one that wanted to not just have one but do several. I find that within the very techno savvy world there are so many things that one really could do but it more about laying down a foundation. So I have not yet really came to understand everything within this Facebook yet I will often peek into it and look to see if I can figure and set down a good platform before I start inviting some of my friends that I have known for years. I guess it’s more real?

Then again lets face it, we don’t really have much to say unless we are embarking within life. Which leads me to the quality of time. Right around the corner is the first day of spring and I certainly am not complaining, as the weather has been grand. I have been up in the morning and doing these slow runs and then going on excursions as well as looking forward to a trip I shall be making in a two months. What I really enjoy the most is that change and adaptations we do with regards to our own lives in connection with the climate change not necessarily the clock. Today was much more like a day in which you just knew that there was more time and much warmer weather. Is it nice? Oh I can't begin to explain how nice it is in comparison to freezing off your behind. So often I love to bring about some theme but yet there could be many yet today was one that was just several things done, yet nothing immediately was accomplished but yet there is. As when there is that beginning of something combined with several elements I really still am a kid at heart. Can't one still be young and yet be mature? I guess it all depends. However there is nothing like these days where the weather is on your side. I guess that is why spring and summer are so precious and they're always something to look forward too. So the clock have changed mine hasn’t, and yet still within the evening it’s that time that one has to enjoy there time within there very own way. I have been doing that while at the same time I did my small jog, went walking and took in the new weather by way of a camera. So it's that time of the year where there is much more choices to be enjoyed. One thing is for certain we are within a different time as of just yesterday. But then again we do it every year.

  1. Facebook has its uses but I find most of the applications to be cheezy and gimicey. I like it though for keeping in touch with family and friends. I like to show off my photo's of the people in my life. I also like to go outside of the box by trying to engage my friends. This doesn't always work but sometimes it does.

  3. This is really the theme that I have done and it's like a secondary as I really do prefer this here. We all adapt within our own ways. It's a trial and error thing I would guess.

  4. I do as well, however I find that there is this commodity of time and how much time we have to enjoy. I guess it's a balance.

  6. Arielle I have not see what the weather is like but I can say that I do hope this keeps up as it did three years ago - it seems this is much the same.

  7. It's been very recent maybe 2 years ago that this town I live in started setting clocks forward and backward..used to be we just stayed the same all year..no matter what the surrounding communities did. It had it's advantages and disadvantages

I enjoy You Tube videos but I try to mix things up too ..I just enjoy sitting and looking up songs I enjoy and watching and listening to the videos..some go way back in time..My blogs have been simple lately but this is to be enjoyable or I wouldn't be here on Multiply..It just depends on what's happening in my life. I love the simple things..

Have a great night and week

OH and YES you can be young and mature..! Someone asked my Grandma what her secret of long life and health is and she said..Because I act like a KID lol ..no kidding..and she is one of the sweetest wisest women I know 96 years young..I hope I can be like her when I grow up *smiles*

  8. It's truly noticeable now that people out east are off to bed and here it's still early enough but it's all too enjoyable, yet multiply is my main frame. But I will click to look in yet I am not really all that certain with what I am doing but then it's just like a kid as I enjoy the music portion of it right now. Good night there Cheryl. One can be youth like yet mature I do believe. It's all within our character I guess.

  13. Absolutely!

This is my mine site. I play games on facebook and keep in touch with a few friends over there. I tried Twitter for a bit and found it just bothersome. There is only so much time in a day and only so much time I want it spent looking at a computer.

  14. i enjoy FB because It keeps me in contact with cousins that live all over the country. One thing I really enjoy is the interactions between young people . It is better than watching tv..I was surprised when young people that are .friends of my grands asked to be a friend.

  15. GG yep. I find that I could not do twitter now if I was here on the computer all day sure but no. I enjoy one area and then maintaining it. I used to love getting everything on but you know that is work and I just enjoy this. There is only so much time one has and one sets up what they wish to do in accordance with the time.

  16. Tee, this is what my intention was when I first was asked to go on it and I think that is where I leave it. For me I am not big on "super multi tasking" I just enjoy to write and that has always been the foundation of how I have done this as I am finding that by the time that I get on here it's rather late in comparison to others. This commodity of time is something I find that I am rather old school with but it all depends on the time.

  17. i also enjoy facebook to keep in contacts with friends and family that are far away, its cheaper then long distance phone call. but im not to much with twitter, if you dont have many friends there, you will end up talking to yourself with no one to reply.

  18. Exactly - this is how I see as this has been mention many times. I am coming to find that this is what most all say. I literally enjoy the friendships within here. As seemingly it's all an assembly within some good commodity - perhaps respect. I really don't know how to put it but it literally still amazes me as a night cap to this very day.
In a sense it's a family of a variety of values and where we place our "seeds of thoughts".

  19. I have Facebook, MySpace, Multiply, and Twitter. My favorite is Multiply. Facebook is a bit too silly. I do enjoy twitter too.

  20. I do have facebook ... I use it to post pictures for family who are spread all over the world. Its quite an easy way to keep in touch with them all.

  21. I just do not have time to be on so many sites..I do have family and friends on facebook who have ask me to join but would rather not at this time to many other things to do and I am happy..happy that spring is almost here...

  22. Good day to you Jack, been a odd few day for me as you know. I tend to stick here. I like the few nice online friends I have met here. The pace can be slow, from a conversation point of view, simply due to those times zones!! but this means I can read blogs and take in what my friends are writing. Not a fan of twitter, its really not for me. I have facebook, but just a few family and friend contacts. I rarely go there. As for the spring. I so need it to arrive, this winter is dragging its heels some. The day here is pleasant though. Time to top up vitamin D :) hugs)))

  25. Great to see you on Facebook! I think most of the apps are goofy, to be honest, and I just hide them all when I see them on my newsfeed.

  26. Different applications have different use if I can say it like this. To me, Facebook is for family and friends, mostly people I have known since childhood with the exceptions of a minority of people I have never met in person. It is a more private place. Multiply is more for the creativity aspect, and learning from others, sharing thoughts. Well... time for dinner now. Bon appétit!

  27. Yes there really is a clarity there with Facebook. Time to have a dinner here myself...
