  2. Have you ever looked deep into a horses eye?I love all animals and a dogs love is unconditional, but a horse it's like they have an extra sense and they let you know that everything is going to be all right.Clydesdales are gentle giants and their beauty is as beautiful as God's wonderous Rainbow. If I may call you Jack, you have made my day with these beautiful pictures and I truly thank you,you have made my day. We have the Budwiser plant with their Clydesdales in Merrimack N.H.U>S>A>

  3. Yes I have as we used to visit our relatives and actually there are a few that belong within the family. Jack is my name and ironically when my cousin sent me these the first one on my main page was by way of an email forwarded to me that he had sent to a person by the name of Conners within Merrimack. Coincidence!
So it's really a very small world Caroline.

  12. No surprise that it is your favorite.Just look at that picture.Tell me you can't feel those eyes speaking to you.So large in size but so gentle to the human that cares for him and loves him.Unfortunately "KING" a clydesdale that I was'nt suppose to be on,stopped suddenly and I went over his head and landed back stretched over a large bolder unable to move.KING stood over me for over an hour and licked my face and staired into my eyes never to move, untill a neighbor looked over the extending pasture and only then did KING step gently away,he was protecting me.There are no words to describe this picture.I have sat for hours now and stared at this magnificant work of God.I am not computer wise or I would love to have his as my desktop, and see KING for eternity. Why do you love this picture the best? Caroline

  13. Jules, I was raised within this area of farms but as a kid we would always come back and on the other side of the family there was the aunt that I always stayed with. I love this capture and at the same time how urbanized we are yet there is something to be said with regards to rural life...it seems to be a trend these days.

But yeah look at those eyes...there is a tranquility of sorts within it.

  15. Caroline, I just got back here to this study and I am going to do a poem or pros on it. There are several words that come to mind with this. But I shall. If you wish to have it as a wallpaper by all means...I am not sure how I can send it to you but I will be writing on him and tomorrow and you can click and open and enlarge it...perhaps there is someone that can help as you are free to do so by all means.

However I will do a writing on this very picture it the is much within this picture which is all new to me. I shall find a way so you can. You may see on your blog the zoom in feature...if so click it and copy it if you know what I mean.

  19. Thanks Doug literally there are two of my cousin's horses that have been bought by the company over the past five years. I never thought that later today I would have this talk with my cousin and then it lead into this...it's been two generations now within this side of my family and ironically his father who is now passed on would have never thought that he would be doing this as a secondary. They are truly magnificent the last time I saw his horses at his farm was back when I was in high school although he does come here to Saskatoon with his wife each and every three months.

  20. Sometimes a parent does pass things along that a son or daughter doesn't appreciate until later. I hope gets great rewards for keeping up thee tradition within the family.

  21. His younger brother blew it....and Delvin bought him out as Robbie thought he would be a nashville star...he blew his part and well that is how it goes. But when he took it all on as I knew him more while I was attending university here...his father had passed at that time and he was just farming and just competing here in Canada - then he moved on with it. His father would be very proud but his wife she is as well and works along with him and does most of all the bookeeping.
