How many people don't have a guest book - I find that it's nice yet it's more of a hello and book that people mark on I enjoy it but I usually will not respond within it as from all the ones that I have seen it's mostly kind gestures and otherwise. I has been a good Tuesday mind you again it's cold!

I use my guestbook but sometimes forget to check it as it doesn't tell me when I have a new comment. Have a great evening.

ReplyDeletei disabled my guestbook... i couldnt be bothered with the random hi-hello's on there... the people i regularly speak with, i'd rather interact with them on blog posts and other places of discussion!
ReplyDeleteI know several who did away with it. Not because of any trouble or anything. Some I know just keep a page-nothing on it so they can post when and where they want. They still meet people when they want and mail. As there are many open blogs out there. They seem to like it that way and I can truly see the advantage of that.
ReplyDeleteSome find it saves them time. And some are very busy. And they don't feel pressured to answer people all the time.
Matter of preference and what fits your needs.
I'm not always able to answer and perhaps some take offence to that. I'm not here daily and I my work is outside. I can see where it can be to one's advanage. And it has crossed my mind a time or two. Not for everyone I know

I like having a guest book. The greetings are nice . The people that you get to know better however take time to read a blog every now and then also . Sometimes if I don't have a lot of time or not feeling good I just leave a quick note on guest book..

ReplyDeleteI love the guest book. Sometimes a wayward smile or hello are enough to brighten my day and vice-versa. Just knowing that someone thought about you, if even only for a brief moment brings warmth to the weary soul. :)
