  1. It is always fascinating to think of all the attention that is put in making buildings beautiful and unique with all the ornaments, domes and columns, and the differences, or influences depending on the part of the world you visit. You have good pictures. Thanks for sharing Jack.

  4. I like my coffee black and full-flavoured. Ideally, I have bought a good quality of coffee beans, I open the bag slowly to release the aroma and you will hear me mmmmm... my pleasure of breathing it in. Then I will grind it myself, and take generous scoops of it to prepare a fresh pot, and anticipate the moment I will take the first sip. Then you will hear haaaa... c'est bon!

Strangely, when I was younger, I would take it with sugar and cream. My taste seems to have evolved with time. Now, I also love a good cappucino, or at times a flavored coffee like hazelnut French Vanilla, or a Café au lait, or rarely but still as a fantasie I sometimes put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of my cup of coffee. Around Christmas time, I do something you may want to try... I put a pinch of cinnamon on top of the coffee in the filter (not in your cup) when I prepare a pot. Try it and let me know if you like it, unless you do not like cinnamon to start with. I think I will write a blog about it lol! now that I tell you about it.

And you Jack, how do you like yours?
