Tomorrow I head back into the city and I can attest that the weekend has not been that great. In these goals that I had set something had went wrong as I have not been feeling at my best. My legs have been tremendously hard and as well my jaw seems to have locked off and on.
Nevertheless, I am still determined and sometimes you just have to go along with the pain and thereafter things all subside. Right now for myself that is alright. I wish to mention to you all a very happy week ahead.
I have been in more pain recently. I think it is the changing weather. I am dealing with it and hoping for a change soon
ReplyDeleteBe cautious with your health, Jack. We've been ten days fighting a common cold virus, giving our physician concern and having to check back in as healing slowed. Take care, and hope you are getting better.
ReplyDeletePart of it is that yeah. But I am still pushing for that goal of mine to be
ReplyDeleteas planned.
I am out most all of the day but as I am nearing this tapering end there
ReplyDeletehave been rather hard times - it's called gabba receptor recovery. I spoke
with a friend here and ironically his wife had went through this ordeal.
So I just keep on ticking and not down but this week was a more difficult
than I have experienced thus far.
Wishing you better days Jack.
ReplyDeleteThey shall come Rodney, this I assume would be from one titration down. And if they were
ReplyDeletehorrendous I would not be on right now but I am soon to head off to bed and each day is
that of a precious one - when intention within ones inner soul as well as mindset.
So all said it's been good mind you there were a few days which I knew to slow down apparently the as I get closer it's a little harsh yet I let it go and what will be shall be. But to try and do your best is what I am convicted in doing.
That is what am thinking here with the changed of climate, your legs and your jews and your over all health. I pray that you'll be ok Jack ... tight hugs
ReplyDeleteHang in there friend, lets hope the best is yet to come
ReplyDeleteThanks for the education. I've researched a bit this morning and understand more about the physical workout routines you've mentioned. I like what one site included: "You will also find that helping your friends with problem solving solutions will help you with yours. Remember, practice makes perfect."
ReplyDeleteContinue reaching for your goal!
Sorry to hear that , Jack. Better days are ahead!!
ReplyDeleteThere is a balance to be sought between too much and not enough. :-)
ReplyDeleteHoping the days ahead are better for you....
ReplyDeleteThanks all as I arrived back at 5pm it's been a full day and all is acknowledged - thus thanks.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear that things are tough at times. As you say, the best you can do is one day at a time, try to keep a cheerful countenance. Don't forget to allow those around you to help if they ask. It blesses you and blesses them. Here's praying for healing for you.
ReplyDeleteWell I am glad that is over with Faye but tomorrow is a new day. I am focusing on the best. there is something worthwhile coming out of all this.
ReplyDeletereply works :) it's partially the change of climate...
ReplyDeleteYes balance seems to be the key but I am glad that is over as I have been doing well
ReplyDeleteand tomorrow there are somethings to make a few adjustments with.
Better days shall come within this. The doc said that it's transition within getting off and
ReplyDeletethat I should stay where I am for two weeks and continuing what I do. Tomorrow I head to
this health district and shall meet with the representative here and see what all is open
and I had met with a friend of mine and he and his wife are very decent people.
Thanks Frani as there are, I thought I would drop in here just to do a quick read.
ReplyDeleteContinue to keep you head held high Jack. Praying for that pain to go away.
ReplyDeleteI am doing good Theresa. It came down to dental work which I am going into Saskatoon
ReplyDeleteagain on Wednesday. Yet today was one of grand. BTW there was a column wrote in
the Syracuse Herald on those two friends which I grew up with. Apparently Mark and Kevin
are doing very well as they were featured within the newpaper.
