This week I am on my three days in the gym and then the physical ed teacher by the name of Cliff, came out, and knew from our previous talk of the goal I had set for one month. I ended my training and decided that I would do two 3 minute sets on the bag. Cliff decided to take a few pictures for me and this was today I wish I had that movie maker as I am achieving my goal. And there is purpose within any thing which one decides to do.
This week shall be another challenge but one which I desire as I had mentioned on my blog I am raising the bar. What ever you set you mind to I believe you can do it when you do let your pride down.
Then the better of what one does endeavour to do is attainable.
i love this one photo
ReplyDeletegreat

ReplyDeletea nice wonderful photo
ReplyDeleteOh Gosh! you train boxer, what a surprise for me, Jack! amazing pics, I love them all!
ReplyDeleteThere were others and I was there again today and wow I ached as I worked out and hit the bad for one
ReplyDeletefive minute session. I hope to get a video of this as it all shall be in good time.
I didnt know this place had a gym and as well a boxing bag I don't know if you
ReplyDeleteif you know that I have studied and taught Aikido since I was 13. After I would
get home and the most of the entire basement was made into my own training
with a bag, a speed bag and I would teach Aikido for 1.5 hours and then
train at home for another 1.5 hours but that was then - I like the workout that
a bag gives. This was taken by the phys ed teacher and within a week I shall
do a video. Not to brag but he could not catch my hands as this is why I train
for agility not to be a body builder. Not within my youth nor within this time
now.
Silly one this Jack is. :)
ReplyDeleteI did this one time at the gym, when I had a trainer. It's harder than you think.
ReplyDeleteIt's training or apart of it and I have no reservations as I have done this since I was 13 Theresa - but for two years I dropped everything
ReplyDeletebut now am fullfilling a goal. I am within the doing from early morning to mid afternoon.
Keep up the good work Jack. It will make you a stronger person :)
ReplyDeleteThanks as I am just myself on here and have loved sharing this journey within goals.
