  6. I know a lady to lived that -- widowed mother of two girls got her college degree and advanced in a chosen career. She's not alone, either. Mary Higgins Clark had more children and turned her writing into mystery readers' dreams. Yes -- don't give up. Think outside the box and look for options.

  7. I find this strongly evidenced in my kids. When they have a thought in their mind of something they really want to do or get, they will go to great lengths to attain it :)
