It’s week two since I came here and shortly after 8:30pm I jogged and then was to the gym. I had thought about it after this weekend and I do intend on staying here for at least a month. I have my agenda set as far as training and I have thought out the goals that I wish to achieve.
There are areas where I believe if we wish to do them and they are realistic – it takes on that thought process of weighing out the pros and cons. There are more pros to a decision when a decision is made and this one I am determined to follow through with. There are more rewards in what this month shall bring.
Perhaps that is an ideal, idea, determination, or several things. On this second week I have raised the bar. And I certainly am determined to see it right through to the end and then there is another goal which lies ahead.
Rooting for you Jack!
ReplyDeleteI had done this type of excursion five years ago and Julian I am doing it again as I wish to.
ReplyDeleteEveryone has goals and everyone has there own ideals or what they wish to set or do.
This month I hope to be on here more but I shall reach this one goal come the end of
February and then begins the next.
Thanks!
ok ... You will be my sparing partner Jack. The only problem is that - i can't even lift a 5 kilo weights. Lol
ReplyDeletetake it easy, tight hugs
I never train with heavy weights and most cross trainers. I have always trained for agility. You can be the Butterfly and I shall be the Bee. :)
ReplyDeleteThere are times to take it easy but within this month it's a different type of easy after half the day is done.
ok then, let us jog then and briskwalks that i can do. :)
ReplyDeletetake it slow please
okie dokie. :)
ReplyDeleteI shall take it very slow. Like at a snails pace.
I love your stick-to-it-ness, Jack. *applauding*
ReplyDeleteThey say boxer it's perfect not only as an exercise but as an exorcism, as well! :) Sweet day for you, dear Jack!
ReplyDeleteI always have been this way Frani. I don't play it and after this
ReplyDeleteweek I shall not be as sore as I have and I do stick to things
which after some thought I factor all into place. My goal
is to be in better shape than 7 years ago and I do live by
the why not and it's accompanied by those which I have
met here in this town. I guess it's one of those self things.
The rewards have been thus far so good. Thanks Frani.
As with any type of training it you get into that zone and it's like a mediation.
ReplyDeleteAnd then Elaine, there are endorphines. Exercise has always been apart of
me - it's (don't laugh) it's a outlet as well as what comes about from exercise
far outweighs just doing it. It comes to be within ones scope. I dare to say
it's a spiritual thing and only those which really bite into it. They would relate
to what I mean. Mind you I don't know who came up with "no pain no gain"
but afterwards right now I do have pain which subsides after three hours afterwards.
I'm glad you are finding this time refreshing, and the exercising a release.
ReplyDeleteyou have good willpower to stick to things.....something I'm lacking in.
ReplyDeleteToday was a break time yet tomorrow I am back with it - thank you Grammy and Pamela.
