Petitions took place within the United States on Wall Street the prominent denominator within New York...........there was blood shead. Then within Canada there were petitions on Bay Street where there was a follow the leader methodology. Aside of the silly panders of Canadians which don't even have a clue as to what they were petitioning. The way I see it is go visit a country that has much less - then come back - then think of what is the objective as some of this has been just silly. Too silly. If anyone thinks for a moment that petitions which cause bloodshed render meaning - there is certainly something wrong with that picture as if everyone wants what they want. Who get ahead within petitions as such?

No one does the way I see it as there are better ways of which to head a democracy...FORWARD.
ReplyDeleteI believe within moving forward - not backwards.
Move forward is the best thing to do, but, when a country is gearing to that never ending petitions and strikes and rallies surely it will go down. I hope i won't happen.
ReplyDeleteThe already happened....with no realizations of what it takes to have Democracy in America and for that matter Canada followed suite much of the likes of those whom just do it for the sake of doing.
ReplyDeleteThere are more wants and needs without the knowing of what it shall take but some do it as it's the "in thing".
C'est la vie...as that is the way it goes but I would wager not for long. :)
... and where you planning to go Jack ...
ReplyDeleteam just asking, please
That video is absolutely priceless. The very fact that petitions can be made publicly, openly, in a crowd protected by police says a country cares about its citizens. The biggest problem is people expecting instant change, instant gratification, quick answers to long term problems. What was done in the 'Arab spring' countries is not the problem in Canada or the USA. Confrontation is not progress.
ReplyDeleteNot many will like it but it's what I see as the truth. I don't even want to go how far this mimics the arabs of recent Grammy...Confrontation as such is not meaningful - just my opinion within these time.
ReplyDeleteThe world goes on but to answer this best is within the quotes of many including John F. Kennedy.
