    Glad I don't have to deal with that, just get on the Help Desk and they take over my laptop, if a tech is needed then send one out.

    On my other computer I don't. Yet finally most of this desktop are and have been done well.

    I'm not that lucky either. If the computer acts up it's my problem also. Hope all is well with it.

    Well no, if it's a work computer there's always the help desk and the people who fix it. That's always a good thing. I can't use my work computer for personal use. It's the fast track to being fired, other places are more lenient.
