If I focus on America as I have spoken which a several it does not matter whom does get into office if people are expecting a quick fix. That is just not possible. No matter whom is placed within the Oval office there shall be a time again where there are matters which will nor shall comes overnight. This is what I meant with this revolution/petition as if we expect that all and everything can be fixed within two months - we are in for a very very rude awakening. I guess I am more conservative when it comes to these things and I do understand of that which don't have things - but the world was never founded within seven days.
Here within Canada there were many petitions as well as this wave is growing much like.......(I think you know what I mean). I believe that the foundation of any country is when there is a time to adapt - don't expect it to be a fast on.
Within Canada there were petitions nearly within every city as well. Which what seems to be going on is a growing idealism of the more petitions the more things will change. I myself believe that within governments change comes when people can have trust within the government and I believe that the world is not going to collapse yet if the belief factor is that it shall - there is something to be said that if "you believe it it shall come true".
In 2008 I think the world was filled with hope and then there was separation and division amongst many. I am not pro parties I never have been but I don't buy into all this poli drama. And right now it's driving the Democratic world. I find it cheesy. I honestly do.
The manner that this has taken off is of the likes of something that displaces what societies and culture are about. To think for a moment that everything can be fixed in such a fact time is like believing that pigs can fly....Pigs don't fly.
This was why within my notes I did place on a monty python blog as you have to take it like a grain of salt. I don't know of anyone that has had a easy ride within life. But it became easier as things slowly and carefully were thought out. The picture is from a friend of mine whom hails from America and I do believe this is a time of which we render thoughts and we think before we do things. Again the world nor any country was built within a fast manner and this may be a time of which does take patience and adapting.
We are not Rome nor shall there be another Roman Empire Part 2.
The picture above is from a good friend by the name of Ron. I would not post the picture until I had the allowance.
Just my views...
"We are not Rome nor shall there be another Roman Empire Part 2."
ReplyDeleteHowever, someday every empire falls, it's History, not my own words. We are entering in a New World Order, as historian, I can't predict it. History is made not by premonitions, but of facts - structural changes has been going in the long time line, we live in a conjunctural moment in which we can envision a new world. Will it be better or worse than we are living? who knows? only those who will live, shall see.
I must speak in english. I believe that we are within a transition of of which there is validity of needs and wants yet that is not to say that we might wish for it to be too fast. I, myself do not believe we are within a land or lands of areas where things come as fast but yes we shall see. But watching it is .....not great.
ReplyDeleteBuilding a country isn't that fast nor that easy as a common individuals thoughts of. But if a country suddenly goes pfft when it is supposed to be of sound then some wrong's done that ought to be redone. And itshould begin to the very first person running the institution down the last person which is the common people. And it should, again, begin to the person which is us.
ReplyDeleteAptly put, don't asks your government what it can do to us, but let us all try to start with our own very self instead of parading in the street, think of another ways, in our own little ways. I know it is easier said than done but if we take the courage it can.
Yet it can and is right there to be done if it's allowed to be done - that is the question.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.cbc.ca/news/world/story/2011/10/17/f-rfa-macdonald.html
As a lengthy reporter by the name of MacDonald said it:
"The Occupy Wall Street movement, disdained just weeks ago as a bunch of angry hippies, now has what assignment editors and political strategists call "traction."
Traction is the most precious of political commodities. It's hard to achieve, but once you have it, you get a seat at the big table.
Lawmakers and captains of industry are suddenly paying attention to the protests. President Barack Obama himself expressed sympathy just the other week.
Media outlets are dispatching reporters, cameras and satellite uplinks for live coverage.
Pundits, trying to describe what they see as the movement's latent power, are drawing all sorts of comparisons between the left-wing Occupy Wall Streeters and the right-wing Tea Partiers." ~ Niel Macdonald ~
And a lot of them for sure just want to see their faces on tv and on legitimate newspapers. Am sure of those. It's the cool thing to do now a days. And holding a placard will do the tricks, pardon for saying these, but i just don't buy bringing 'chaos' to the streets, it won't bring any good nor add distance to the real problems that needs to be solved and talk upon on a very smart, intellectual tone and on a man to man atmosphere and not on the street. To the wives out there, help your man in bringing those bacon. To the husbands, discover your other skills and start from there, To the students, go back to your respective schools, paying your fees is hard work by your parents and yourself if your a working stud.
ReplyDeletePeace all.
I don't live in the center of the changing economic world, as brazilian I'm periferic, but living in a globalized world, Brazil is involved in the whole process, too. Somehow what affects the center will spread to the peripheries. But, for having a real impression we should live the day by day of a nation as a citizen who pays the taxes and has a family to raise.
ReplyDeleteOpinions are easy to give, but it's hard to live the real situations. Alea jacta est! I'm an optimist, whatever will be, will be:)
Si they are yet this is a very important time financially world wide - ironic as it may it is. I don't write with anger I look at things from all vantages offline and online. Perhaps this is why I stay to music.
ReplyDeleteSi são ainda este é um momento muito importante financeiramente mundiais ampla - irónico como for que ele é. Eu não escrevo com raiva que eu olhar as coisas de todas as vantages offline e online. Talvez seja por isso que eu ficar a música.
Your readers are international, Jack. Yet all of us are impacted by events in other countries. It is nice to be able to meet here, share similarities and differences in a peaceful way without rancor or anger. How nice it would be if others could do the same while respecting their neighbors.
ReplyDeleteThat's because within our own countries no one does wish to mention Grammy. There is no anger and I don't believe that there is a code of countries I believe within global views. The manner that we treat thy neighbour is without a division nor separation. International and global is fine with me Grammy it gives leaves good thoughts. When we think we are the only - then that is when we have disservised.
ReplyDeleteI don't render any barriers...what I mean here is that I don't feel that others from other lands are lesser.
ReplyDeleteNo anger and if we are to think this is one only type of people........how did we get here?
ReplyDeletePolitics and religion seem to be arguable all the time. Best left to rest then. :-D
ReplyDeleteThe only real solution is to get to the heart of the matter--that is our hearts, and change there. Then the rest will fall into place, if we seek to be and do good, to love and forgive, to establish equity, to stop exploiting, ...
ReplyDeleteI believe within this probably as you know DJ. Again wise words from a very wise friend.
ReplyDeletePolitics and religion are seperate in a few countries - perhaps religion and politics are not entirely the same from
ReplyDeletemy experience Frani.

ReplyDeleteI hope this comes through as I had a half day and I don't believe in Fanatics of any kind.
ReplyDeleteThis most probably is about how we all are one once we think we are one and we think that there
is seperation and division well then that is when shall fall. I do get nervous speaking one here
but I tried to explain what I meant as best I can. The glory of the world is and even within every
country is the great commodity of the grace of the many culutes not just one.
It's all within reason...
