I am very happy to learn of your good news Stan, this must have lifted a burdon from your shoulders , now then, yo must take great care and try and eat a sensible diet if you have troubles with bones and joints , they say that fat free and acid free can eliviate alot of the bad symptoms of joint and bone pain. Perhaps light swimming would help you or hyrotherapy , i once had to have this for 8weeks, it was good because it helped me ease the pain in my lower back.Have a great evening or whatever time of day it happens to be out their , try and chat on wednesday in the early afternoon uk time goodnight Rosiex

It was I have withheld saying anything for some time and until one has been there do they know that feeling of a bone marrow. I have literally been taken in within my family to talk to him (father) while he was having bone marrow done - I guess it gives new meaning to no pain no gain - this is a gain.

I move along and one step at a time now. And as well within blogging in a meaning ful manner. This truly blows me away. It really does but behind it all I am not just sitting here as there have been some other things within my family that have come up but so be it.

Great to hear Jack. What a relief that must be. I had a "hepatitis C" scare myself a few years ago and it turned out to be a false alarm, so I'm glad your results were negative.
Doug we all have had something or another and within the inception I know I don't get to your blogs as much as possible but a profound man you are and I thank you. So I really do thank you.
Annette this was a very great day...and there was one person that sent me a one great picture of the moon that I still have and it's title "love and light".
