A mix of some pictures taken over the last two days. From a town that I was privy to visit and ran into a gent from Mass., that comes up here six months out of the year to a place that I do my morning runs and then a trip back into Quebec and as well the famous place of Notre Dame.
As well there are a few pictures which were taken this eve at a river that led into the St. Lawrence. They are merely pictures but from the vantage of this land of Quebec. Literally you could spend countless hours just taking pictures.
As right now many do....
What a gorgeous looking place ... love the buildings ....
ReplyDeleteLynne, I just took this small camera and man within all the places there is something that you can take an literally it`s so european. Literally this evening I could have been dropped off and walked within two blocks and it literally amazes me I really do mean that. You live in a place that has this diverse, I am not sure what word to place to it but here I have seen buildings upon buildings but never like this. Never within my life. While en route to coming home this eve we had to stop to just get a picture of this Notre Dame yet the entire street was truly amazing....it`s late here yet that`s fine by me for this eve. I love architecture and I have never seen anything like this before.
ReplyDeleteA pull to the side of the road and man this is an amazing place to say the least..
ReplyDeleteI think the buildings in Europe hold much fascination because of their history and it would seem that the buildings surrounding you have much to say too!!. I truly believe that a building with history talks .... there is a definate aura about them.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing these, especially 8, 22, 41, 17, 40.
ReplyDeleteYou must visit europe if these seem spectacular wait to see ours-enjoy
ReplyDeleteI like this one.
ReplyDeleteThis is interesting
ReplyDeleteWell a few more days of this free time and today it`s snowing believe it or not but DJ literally one just wishes they had a better camera.
ReplyDeleteHeidi would be all to interesting...
ReplyDeleteThank you it was one that I took just before leaving this town.
ReplyDeletenice photos,thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeletebeautiful pictures , the rugged beauty reminds me of the shoreline in so many places along Lake Superior I miss it
ReplyDeleteYeah I would assume so and literally I was thinking of you as I never got the monument that showed this historical steam boat that would go back and forth from Canada and the United States but as I almost have the office finished then I shall. I have literally never seen this place in my life. And this really is a mini europe here in Quebec. I was thinking it might be as well like one of the great lakes yet when I heard the waves - wow. I have never heard waves except when my father brought up to a place as a kid to the coast of Newfoundland. As well to watch the huge waves in while arriving back from Newfoundland to what is called the mainland. I can`t say I miss it as Cheryl I have never been raised right very near to the ocean. Yet I love it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking me round. :-))
