Driving back to Alberta.avi

This was a fast video taking - I did not fly I drove and it's 310 miles. This is coming back to Alberta at it was taken around 8:00am in the morning. As you can see this is what is called the "Yellow Head" Highway 16. It's a high way that is goes through the farming community. As things are now coming to that time where Summer is very close.

  2. Fast video taking and fast driving too ;)
I can see it is a very flat land you travel through, perhaps just this part of the land. It is a nice video really, thank you so much for the news of the travel, and glad you are back safe.

  3. So true this is the time of year that we have green come and it's a great time, I wanted to get some more taken I thought that I would just get one placed on so that the winter videos were done with.
Alberta and Saskatchewan are very nice provinces here in Canada. Thanks GA!

  4. The praries are flat as can be. You can see for miles at times when driving on them. This highway is not the near what the Transc Canada Highway is, but it saved time.

  5. Good to see you made it safe back home, both ways litterally. I had learned in School that the Prairies were flat, wow, it was not a joke, it must be difficult to travel these roads in the winter. Have a great day Jack!

  6. In comparision to what? A highway that is straight is one that is rather neat. During the summer with the heat you will get a mirage effect where you can actually see for five miles at times ahead of you. This is nothing compared to the Trans Canada Highway which is flat and straight here to till you get to the Canadian Rockies. Daniel I thought I would place it on for the sake of getting rid of the last one that was of winter. Take care for now.

  7. G'day Jack,
It reminds me of driving on the plains here on a sunny day, nothing for miles,
